What we respond to

Master Building Services dispatches crews 24/7 for floods and burst pipes, fire damage, smoke remediation, and mould containment across Toronto and the GTA. If your building has a water, fire, or air-quality emergency, call immediately — dispatch is same-hour.

Note: the standard 48-hour quote guarantee does not apply to emergency services. Emergency dispatch is immediate, with documentation and a detailed scope provided after containment. Non-emergency service requests (routine maintenance, scheduled services) continue to operate on the 48-hour quote SLA.

What you get on dispatch

Every emergency crew is Fully Insured ($5M Liability) and WSIB Covered. Response is photo-documented from the moment crews arrive — first-response photos through containment through completion. Reports are formatted to drop into insurance claims and property management board packages without reformatting.

Emergency response is coordinated directly with your insurance provider and property management board as needed. If your building already has a master service agreement with Master, emergency dispatch runs under the same contract — no new vendor paperwork, no new COI chase in the middle of a crisis.

After containment

Once immediate containment is complete, Master coordinates full restoration: water extraction and structural drying, mould remediation, smoke and odour treatment, and reconstruction coordination — all sequenced under one master agreement with one accountable point of contact.

Every phase is photo-documented. Restoration scopes are submitted in writing within 48 hours of containment. For properties with existing master service agreements, restoration phases fold into the same invoice and compliance documentation structure as your other building services.
