The 48-hour quote guarantee covers all standard services. Emergency dispatch (floods, fire, smoke, mould) bypasses the quote step entirely — crews are sent same hour, with documentation to follow.

For 24/7 emergency response — floods, burst pipes, fire damage, smoke remediation, or mould — call the line above any hour. Emergency dispatch is immediate; the standard 48-hour quote SLA does not apply to emergency services. Crews are Fully Insured ($5M Liability) and every job is photo-documented from first response through completion.
